The College of Education and Management currently offers three major programs: Infant and Toddler Care Services and Management, Big Data and Accounting, and Big Data and Financial Management. Centered around a professional talent cultivation framework of "Education + Management + Technology + Service," the college adopts an integrated education model that combines "Positions, Courses, Competitions, and Certifications." It is committed to building a "Five-in-One" talent development system encompassing "value shaping, knowledge transfer, ability cultivation, quality enhancement, and practical training." The goal is to cultivate modern new liberal arts and business talents who integrate childcare education, health services, and economic management, gradually developing into a base for training specialized infant and toddler educators, managers, service personnel, as well as comprehensive financial and big data management professionals.
The college boasts a lean, efficient, and well-structured faculty team with a blend of experienced, mid-career, and young professionals. Senior-title faculty account for 45%, with 90% holding postgraduate degrees and 80% being dual-qualified teachers. The college is equipped with advanced and fully functional training facilities, including a real-life infant and toddler care center (experimental kindergarten), health care training labs, nutrition and dietetics training labs, and science exploration labs. The newly expanded and completed Big Data Training Center is outfitted with industry-leading financial management software, featuring systems such as "Yonyou"U8 and ERP software, enabling students to access cutting-edge knowledge and master practical application skills through platform-based training.
